About this event
Our beginner pole class is designed for those with little to no prior experience. Our experienced instructors will guide you through basic moves and techniques in a safe and supportive environment. No matter your fitness level or dance background, our beginner pole class is open to all who are interested in exploring this exciting and empowering discipline. Attire: Skin to pole contact is important for maximum grip! Please wear shorts, and a t-shirt/tanktop/sports bra, or your favorite pole wear!
