Discover the power of Self Myofascial Release (SMR) and learn simple, effective techniques to release tension, improve mobility, and deepen your connection with your body. Using therapy balls with mindful movement, you’ll explore practical ways to work with fascia and create more freedom and ease in movement.
This workshop will cover all target areas of the body for Myo-fascial release with practical hands-on education for teachers and students alike. Students will be provided a small kit with myo release tools to use.
