In this class, we'll reinforce your climbing skills, help you progress towards inversions, and explore various leg holds and points of contact on the pole. We'll introduce intermediate spins and teach you basic combinations to enhance your flow and creativity. This class is perfect for those who have taken beginner classes and are eager to refine their technique in preparation for intermediate level classes and up. Don't forget to wear shorts and sleeveless shirts for optimal grip and freedom of movement!
