About this event
We all know when our bodies feel suboptimal. We know when our minds are not being our best friend. We know when we don’t quite feel ourselves. Yoga gives us so many tools to align our body, mind and heart. This is a class designed to bring us back to the truth of who we are. Come open and see what aligns for you.
