About this event

Our hot sculpt classes are an electric fusion of hot pilates, bootcamp, and functional yoga style stretches. These classes are great for toning and strengthening, while getting in a great sweat. Our Sculpt, Hot Pilates & Yoga classes are heated to 95-100 degrees. In Preparation for class: You can book online up to 5 minutes before class begins. No admittance 10 minutes after the start of class. Bring a mat, a towel, and water. Mat and towels are available for rent or purchase. Reusable water containers are available for purchase. We have a filtered water refilling station. The town of Truckee prohibits plastic water bottle sales, please bring a water bottle to use at our refilling station.
