About this event
Intermediate pole dancing is a step up from beginner-level classes and focuses on more advanced techniques and moves. Students who have completed beginner classes and have a good foundation in the basics can move on to intermediate pole dancing. In this class, students will continue to build upon their strength, flexibility, and coordination, while learning new and challenging moves and combinations. This level of pole dancing often requires a higher degree of athleticism and body control, and may include inversions, spins, and holds. Intermediate pole dancers may also have the opportunity to explore different styles and genres of pole dancing, such as contemporary, lyrical, or powerful and dynamic styles.
