- ➤ Volunteers from Reno and Sparks are planning a Thanksgiving in a Bag project to help local families who are struggling due to a government shutdown and SNAP benefit cuts. The kits cost about $10 each, include turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and green beans, and will be assembled this weekend and delivered to 50—60 Karma Box sites. KUNR
