- ➤ NV Capital Corporation closed financing for a $3M renovation of the historic Lucky Motel in Reno with FBGM Investments LLC securing a $2,050,000 first loan and a $1,012,000 second loan to repair structural issues and update its look—work will be finished by mid-October. KRNV
