- ➤ Reno’s planning commission unanimously approved the business license for a mini data center on Gardner Street on Sept. 17 — noting the facility has operated without complaints as a communications hub since 1999. Lumen Technologies, which acquired the building in 2017, said it has no plans to expand its phone and cellular operations. Reno Gazette Journal
