- ➤ After Washoe County Regional Animal Services seized nearly 100 cats from a Bowie Road home in Reno last week, Brenda said that her Panther Valley house burned down three years ago and her move to a friend's house led to unchecked cat breeding—neighbors complained and animal services intervened, and she now faces charges while hoping to regain custody of her seven cats.
