- ➤ Spirit Airlines, operating from Reno-Tahoe International Airport, is seeking federal funding to offset rising fuel costs and avoid liquidation as it adjusts its restructuring plan. If fuel remains high, margins may drop significantly on its planned reduction to 76 aircraft. Reno Gazette Journal
