- ➤ The Postal Service encourages Reno residents to send handwritten cards for National Card and Letter Writing Month this April. It has upgraded services to make buying postage and picking up greeting cards easier at local offices – helping people send personal notes with ease. 2NEWS
- ➤ U.S. Forest Service announced Travis Thane as the new Fire Management Officer for the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit; he will begin on May 18 and bring over 25 years of wildfire experience to lead fire operations in the area. 2NEWS
