ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Two people were taken to the hospital after a car hit a fence and struck a parked car around 5 p.m. in Northwest Reno off South McCarran Boulevard—police are investigating a possible driver medical emergency. KRNV
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A high-speed chase began on March 19th when a deputy in Incline Village saw a white Jeep Cherokee and a black Ford F-150 fail to stop at a sign, and the pursuit ended at the Incline Valley Bowling Alley parking lot when the Jeep crashed near a tree and the Ford struck a vehicle, leading to the arrest of both drivers on DUI and other charges—no one was hurt. - ➤ Washoe County Sheriff's deputies chased two vehicles on March 19 after spotting a black Ford F-150 and a white Jeep Cherokee speeding and running a stop sign in Incline Village; one car struck a tree and its driver, Luca Giannini, was booked for DUI and failure to stop while the other driver was arrested after crashing near Truckee + no injuries were reported. 2NEWS

- ➤ Downtown Reno businesses got a boost last month from the Western Lights Festival—drawing about 60,000 people to food trucks, restaurants, and shops.
