- ➤ Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada is expanding the St. Vincent's Thrift Store on E. Fourth Street in downtown Reno — adding 2,500 sqft and new cashier stations to better serve shoppers and people in need. 2NEWS

- ➤ Experts predict that gas prices will rise today in northern Nevada as the war in Iran affects fuel supply (Jaden Urban reports). Reno drivers may soon see higher costs at pumps. 2NEWS
- ➤ Businesses are adjusting to a penny shortage after the U.S. Mint stopped producing the coin last November due to high production costs and low purchasing power. Local retailers are rounding cash transactions (with some stores asking for targeted penny donations) as experts recommend clearer rounding laws. KUNR
