- ➤ The Consulate of Guatemala in Las Vegas is launching mobile visits to northern Nevada to serve thousands; the next visit in Reno will be March 21-22 and appointments can be scheduled by phone from Feb 23 with further dates in May, July, October and November. KUNR
- ➤ Federal talks over Colorado River water management are nearing a deadline that may affect the supply, with 90 percent of southern Nevada depending on the river. Government officials are monitoring the situation for any forthcoming decisions. 2NEWS
- ➤ NDOT awarded Granite Construction a preconstruction services agreement for the I-80 East Widening Project between Vista Blvd and USA Parkway. Crews will study utilities and site conditions overnight while major construction begins in late 2027 to add one lane each way + widen shoulders and cut crash rates by 20%. KRNV
