  • Equus Capital Partners bought the Greg Center industrial complex in Sparks, marking its Reno debut. The 514,900 sqft property—built between 1995 and 2000—has four buildings with flexible suite sizes and high occupancy, and Equus plans base-building improvements to support future tenant needs.  2NEWS

  • Washoe County schools are launching Career and Technical Education Month in February, showcasing hands-on training in fields like aviation, healthcare, and manufacturing with more than 8,000 students enrolled.
