Morning movements and meditation with a side of myofascial work .You will follow your breath,moving into various poses while receiving hands on adjusting from a LMT . Ease painful muscle tension .Along with feeling centerd throughout your day . All levels welcome . Each class is 20.00 $ paid to the instructor.
