About this event
Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate connective tissues, while Reiki helps remove blockages or stagnant energy. Create space in your body, heart and mind as you gently melt into each pose. This class is spent mostly in seated or supine postures, with each pose held for 3 to 5 minutes. Reiki healing is offered but not mandatory, each student will choose whether they wish to receive. Each Yin with Reiki class class includes an opening meditation, crystal bowls, and a deep dive into the Self. *Each class is capped at 22 students*
