Slow, gentle movements, deep stretches and the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs & more. This class is a great opportunity to slow down, destress, unwind, and relax. All levels are welcome. Sliding scale $15-$30. Please sign up ahead of time to save your spot, you will pay the teacher directly.
